I am working in an organization where they don't give joining letter or any confirmation service letter to the employees, but his PF & ESI is deducting, but they want when employees leave they should intimate but they are ready to fire anytime. In that case they don't say about the laws.
I just want to ask is it wrong to leave without intimation and company has right to claim on the employee. Plz give me the suggestions.
