For example: If you buy a package that only allows you to get the contact information of candidates but does not allow you to download their resume, your recruitment process would be slow as you will have to contact each candidate and ask for his or her latest resume.
3. Make registration easy: If you are recruiting multiple candidates for multiple job openings, you may have created an online registration portal. While creating a registration portal, online or offline, make sure to easy to understand. Most of the candidates may not have the patience for filling long forms and you may lose them. So keep it short and keep it simple.
