I hv been working in private school since 2013. First year I was a half time teacher working in Pre primary section with salary of 5800/- next year I got a call they asked me to join as a full time teacher working for both sections in Pre primary morning n Primary afternoon but kept my name in Pre primary muster . They paid me in 2014 a salary of 10500/-. In 2015 salary increased around by 1000 or by 1500/-.in 2016 I became pregnant in month of October around that year my salary was 13000/-. I worked for whole year till 1st May last day of the year end. And took. Maternity leave from June 2016 to August 2016 n joined the school again on 1st September ...2016 they made me work again in both sections Pre primary n Secondary section
but kept name in Pre primary register . But the injustice happened here with me after joining in September in my salary of September to..... The whole year they carry forward my last years salary n paid me 13000/- only without any single rupee increment.... N they changed my joining date also saying after maternity leave u all be considered as a new joinee for school.
We have rules after completing 2years of service the school provides Scale n make provide teacher a proper amount of salary. But although from 2016 September to 2018 September the school has not provided a proper scale to me neither they have maintained my service book. And this year again they changed my joining date. As a new joinee in June 2018.and shifted my name to Pre primary muster to primary section muster.....
Is this my punishment of being pregnant n taken maternity leave..... I want to lodge a complaint what shall I do now?
