Dear All, I am working as an HR in an online money transfer company Employee strength is 25. There are no policies in this company. After a lot of head storming sessions I have formulated a Leave Policy. Now I want to prepare a manual, with general policies, like Internet Usage, Dress Code, Timings, Short leaves, Birthday/Anniversary celebrations etc. I need help on this issue.suggest on what else I should do to make this organization more structured.

I appreciate your initiative and encourage to have & introduce as many systems & procedures as required/possible. As a first step, presumably, if you are covered under the Standing Orders act, you should start with drafting of your own Standing Orders which inter-alia would cover most of the modules you mentioned/required. A model standing order has already featured in citeHR forum which should guide you. You are open to improve upon or modify to suit your needs.
