Good Morning. How are you?
My name is Chaithanya from Hyderabad. Now iam working with Telecom related company. Here i have to implement Performance Appraisal for 700 employees from different departrments(HR,Finance,Sales,Customer Care,Back End dept.,Collections,Techncal, Networking .) So you please give your Valuable suggestions for How to make that Performance Appraisal for those 700 Associate employees and if you have any format or form, you please send me. Please Help Me.

the attached format is pretty good one. my concern was if the questions happens to be of narrative form, then we may lose out on the actual performance of the associate. how do you feel about an objective form of appraisal instead of a narrative form
