Confusion in deciding the Role - Trainee in L&D - HR department OR Asst. HR Manager for the Store

Dear All, Currently i am working in one corporate office as trainee in L&D - HR department. It belongs to Retail industry. Now i got an offer for an Asst. HR Manager for the Store in same company. I am totally in confuse whether i go for store or to stay in the Head office only. please suggest me for the same. which one is best and which one is have more career growth in future.
