for night shift the management have to provide FREE transpiration, which would be not deducted from gross salary.

If few women employees who work in the night shift and wanted exemption from the company-provided transportation services, then they can be told to submit affidavit that indemnifies the employer. They must accept responsibility for the mishap that might occur in the course of transportation. Let it be clearly mentioned that to decision to make arrangement for transportation on their own is out of volition and they will not pass on any claims arising out of untoward incident(s).
