So far we have seen RBI written exams are conducted in 'objective type' non-take-away booklets which have to be questions cum answer booklet form running into several pages. I don't think you'll have access to the actual question papers. However you can buy guides from bookstalls which contains model questions papers & exercises which you can practice as preparation. There are a no.of web sites which also contain such model question papers. You may browse the net and locate them, following are some of them -
