I am quite unable to understand your question. Irrespective of the type or size of an organization, recruitment is a positive process of finding and hiring the best-qualified person from within or outside the organization in a cost and time effective manner. Again it may be of (1)direct method like selecting the suitable candidates from the educational institutions (2) indirect method like floating open advertisements in media and (3) third party method like seeking the assistance of employment exchanges, recruitment agencies , employee referrals etc.
In case of SMES, since the extent of their operations and requirement of man power are limited and most probably localized, you can choose the last two methods.
