The question is neither clear nor it enables anyone reading it to figure out the purpose behind it. Numerical strength of the employees employed in an industrial organization or anyone analogous to it serves several purposes like the very applicability of certain labor laws, conferment of certain statutory employment benefits, restrictions in the matters of hire and fire and closure of the establishment itself as well etc.
I mean to ask that when company size reaches 100 what are the rules which has to be applicable as labour law , factory act, compensation etc.. which are important and should be made applicable in company

I think that if you were a little more specific, it would have been more helpful to others to answer your question with precision and clarity. Whether the so called company is a factory, commercial establishment, motor transport undertaking, hotel, hospital, telecom services provider or a composite corporate entity having more than anyone of these activities carried on simultaneously through different such units situated in different places?
