Dear Members
Recently i got an offer from a company they Are fixed Ex;-35 k Pm Salary tome
But the problem is they will 25 k in Bank account and rest of the take home by cash
is it legally valid??
and may i face any challenges for my future career????

Such an arrangement is not recommended and is not legally valid too. The salary earned has to be paid by means which are accounted for in Income Tax for both employee n employer. For certain, the cash component paid to you as against salary will be not be accounted for Income Tax purposes. Also, your next employer will not consider the cash component of salary for your salary computation.
