Our establishment got registered on PF portal. We got establishment code also.
Now every we are generating ECR & making the PF payment. I got to know from someone that we also need to submit some FORMS i.e., form 9 or form 5A.
Also need to know about the registration of signing authority on PF Portal. Do we need to go to PF offices or these above processes can be done Online?

post registration
1) register your DSC and submit copy to EPFO
2)under establishment there is form 5A complete that with documents mentioned therein, take 3 copies print and submit duly signed by primary signatory
3) form 9 is a register which contains the details of employees, one copy of form 9 is to be submitted upto date completed
department will schedule a physical visit just to locate the unit geographically and meet the management
