I am working in one start up organization as HR which is private Ltd co.
Could you please guide me on which all compliance need to follow under Shop & establishment Act
And what all laws will be applicable.
In short I want guidance on how should I start HR work from initial stage as Startup organization.
Employee strength is 20 soon it will cross 25+
For PF registration it heard that start up is exempt from PF for up to 3 years from the date of starting.
