Working for an MNC almost 2 and half years have already got an offer from other company however existing company are insisting me to stay back and offered higher package will be paid in the Month of April'19 during annual appraisal. Is it a wise decision to stay back not sure they might give the offered hike, my performance rating was v good . please advice

Is your current company ready to give any hike immediately? Secondly, what is the raise your future employer is ready to give? If the question to the first question is "no", then it will be loss to you for the next four months. Are you prepared to accept this loss?
The final decision you have to take as you know the dynamics of the job market more than us!
