Hello,
I worked in 2 companies
Company1 : 10 jan 2011 to 20 jan 2015
Company2 : 13 March 2015 to 26 June 2018
Now I want to withdraw my PF (form 10 online), but I have below issues.
1. Date of joining is mentioned as 13 March 2015 in claim submission page, which also says service is less than 5 years so 34% TDS ll be deducted since amount is more than 50K.
Is it not be the joining of company1?
How can I correct the joining date? So that service ll be around 7.5years and no TDS ll be there.
2. I am unable to link PAN due to name mismatch error. In fact name exactly matches in all docs and incometax databases. apparently no solution for this error. I have followed all possible ways to tackle this error and finally gave up to solve this.
Please guide me for situation 1.
Thanks,
Murali

1) there is no form 10 , and form 10C (EPS) can be submitted only when the employee attains 58 yrs of age ......... submission of form 15G with pan card copy is a valid solution
2) if a/c 1 ( form 19) exceeds 50000. then also the form 15G with pan card copy works, provided the employee submits the same with a print copy of online form 19 submission to EPF

Hi Glidor,
Thanks for the response. Sorry for the typo.
1. Form 10C - now I am a govt servant and epf doesnt come into picture. Still cant I withdraw eps?
2. Both the accounts exceed 50K. Form 19 was submitted to epfo but they rejected and asked to submit online. In this case date of joining / linking PAN is troubling me.

if you have disclosed previous employment to your interview, then the best choice is to transfer the fund to present ...........
EPS fund does not get effected if you join Govt employment, it can be withdrawn in two cases only 1) if the employee leaves india permanently 2) death
GOI employment does not guarantee that person employed will be in employment with GOI till his last day, you cn discuss the issue with your Regional EPF PRO for more details

yes online submission is only option, but after submission the employee has to take a print out and attach 15G with pan for not deducting TDS, then submit to the EPF desk with dated stamped acknowledgement
