So i ve worked in 2 companies a b so far whose job experience i do not want to disclose to my new company which i m going to join c. when i login to my pf portal i can see my service history. now i m 100 sure that when my new company nc verifies my work history i wouldn t get caught as i ve staged everything perfectly with the fake experience in a startup s. but here s what i m afraid of. i hold a uan number and two pfs from my actual past employers. 1. i want to hide this uan and pf details in my new company. i ll say i ve never had pf so far as my previous startup did not have pf facility as it has less than 20 employees anyway. will my new company create a new pf number to me? 2. what are the adds that they could get to know my actual experience using my aadhaar number? 3. what are the other suitable options for me to make sure i wouldn t caught? i would appreciate if someone helps me here.
Got terminated from previous company due to disclosing high salary.
I got a new job in a insurance co. and i joined the company on 28/01/2019 submitted all my documents asked by the hr team but i had submitted the salary slip showing the higher amount. after 1 month i got my salary but unfortunately hr had crossed verified my details from previous employer and they got to know the salary was forged due to which they send me a cause notice giving me the 5 day time for submitting the proof. but i got terminated from the job. right now i have giving the interview in a new company and i have not given them the details of my previous co which i was working. now they have asked me for the previous uan number and pf number but when i logged into my pf account i noticed in the service history that previous employment details is showing. kindly help me how should i hide the previous employment details.

I am working in a company a for last 4.5 years. prior to that i worked for company b for 9 months. due to some unfortunate incident i was required to leave company b with a bad note. i opted out of pf contribution in company b. company b did not pay any pf on my behalf.i have no dues payable to company b. in my cv if i hide my employment with company b can my future prospective employer find out that for 9 months i worked for company b? i have come to know from a tax consultant that without my consent my future employer cannot have access to 26as form that shows tax deducted from previous employments. can please anyone help me out?

Hello all relieving date company a worked for 3 years 10th april 2019 joining date company b 5th march 2019 company b manager told me to join beacuse of work emergency . i was not having any work in company a so agreed .as that was my first organization change so i had little idea about future consequences manager and hr of company b told me to submit my relieving letter when i receive it in future from company a. now i have left company b after a year and got selected for company c . i have submitted my relieving letters for both company a and b . now company c hr is saying that i have dual employment for a month and i as i have recieved salary from both the companies during that period its a red flag for background verification. i have discussed with my lawyer who said i can provide a self affidavit to company c as i did not hide anything and they hired me om work emergency. and company b said dates cannot be changed bit they can send an email thay i did not do any falsification. need some suggestions on this. its just my unawareness lead me to this but i did not hide anything from my previous. will i be accepted in company c and what else can be done in this scenario? . please help .i am really worried.
