Salary delay and immediate resignation - private sector start up company

Since am working in a private sector start up company for 4 months and still they didn't pay me any salary amount and while am asking for salary .is it possible for me for to immediate resigning and how will i get my salary amount. Can you please help me out with some ideas to get back my salary amount.

Hello, Under the circumstances, I think it is better to get your pending salary and then resign IF IT IS being released in near future. You are the best person to judge the probabilities there.
