Company size like we are four people one MD one Director and one accountant and myself in HR..Now we have sent offer to some candidate they will join us soon...Its a manufacturing of solid oral doses like capsules tablets and pellets also...Its a formulation and manufacturing company....we are operational by June this year..I require HR policy..like leave,travel,employee engagement,etc...
