Can I have a format for one month notice for termination of service format. We want retrench a worker.

Would have been better had you made an attempt on your own to go through the provisions of the Industrial Disputes Act and its Rules before raising this type of direct questions. If you read rule 76 of the Industrial Disputes (Central) Rules, 1957 or the corresponding one of your State's Rules, I am sure that the nature of your doubt would be different. Please try.
