I am working for a France based MNC company, Company sent me a training for 15 days to abroad. For that company made a bond for 3 years Bond value is 5 lakhs. I didn't know there is a bond before, I came to know about bond after 1 month 15 days later from my joining date. HR didn't inform before, One week my flight they are asking me sign a bond. I disagreed my last appraisal because of less percentage. After that no one discussed, So I am planning to change my job. I don't have & don't like to pay that much money, "Could you please help me or suggest me how to leave a job without paying amount".

If you haven't signed the bond yet then you don't have to pay the bond amount of 5 lakhs. As your HR hasn't informed you about the bond before, they can't force you to sign it now.
If you have already signed the bond, then please take legal advice from a lawyer on how to proceed further.
