Maternity Benefit Eligibility : If “A” IP registered with “X” employer from July 2018 and employer continue paid her contribution to ESIC in the meanwhile in November 2018 “A” IP switches her job to “Y” employer and current employer “Y” continue her contribution, so If her Expected Date of Delivery will be May 2019 than will she get Maternity benefit?
