We are a Maharashtra steel industry factory. We had 7th, 8th paid holidays of Diwali and on 9th a weekly off.
Please guide me for the payment of paid holidays on below conditions;
1.Worker came on 6th but not on 10th and vice versa
2.Worker did not come on 6th as well as 10th
Is there any notification for the same?
Need guidance.

I understand you want to know whether the intervening days to be considered as leave/absence in case prefix or suffix day has not been attended?
There is no provision of any law/act. Company may have such kind of policy for earned leave , your case of PH hence normally no such rule/policy applies. Absence will be considered only for the working day when the employee did not reported for the work.
