If it's Co. and into Manufacturing some products and it's employing more No. of persons then you'll have to have the following:
1. Certificate of Registration of the Co. under the Companies Act
2. PAN card in the name of the Co. under IT Act
3. TAN
4. TIN & GST Registration
5. Regn. under the Factories Act
6. EPF & ESIC Regn.
7. Professional Tax Regn.
8. Compliance of periodical Returns & Maintenance of registers, records, display as prescribed under all applicable act.
If the process and products being manufactured by you is of special category, appropriate acts/rules (like hazardous materials/process) also shall apply.
