Dear Mr. Sharma,
Request your previous employer to put "date of exit" on EPFO portal as per your record and contribution details. Thereafetr you will find previous employment option to transfer your fund to your recent employer.

Dear Mr. Sharma, you can check the service details of the both the employer by login in to the UAN portal. There if the DOE of the previous employer is empty (NA), then contact the previous employer to update the DOE, then only you can transfer through online.

Dear Sharma, No problem. Fill the form 13 getting authentication by present employer authorised person and submit the same into your current relevent PF office.
Or write a mail to the PF commissioner citing your problem and intention of your previous employer cc to current PF commissioner and previous company too.
