I have one query, regarding ESI and EPF for New joining employee at the time of joining:
1. Which form is required to filled by employee.... New Registration for ESI and EPF. And for Existing member of esi and pf.
2. Which Form we have to submit for ESI and EPF to Office. Is it online or offline.

for ESIC, form 01 alongwith aadhar card of self and famiy members +bank account details
die EPF form 11 alongwith aadhar / pan/ bank account details
no partiality between old and new employoee, if they have old accounts it would get linked
no physical submission to office, employer can submit and generate the ID in ESIC/EPF both

after filling forms from employee, we keep in our record only ?? no need to submit these forms to office ??? Kindly clarify.
