I am the junior HR in an IT company. Which is mainly into school related software development. I have seen that the appointment letter which are given to personnel in any department are very similar with minor changes. So any senior here can help me for the different appointment letter for Marketing or sales department, Technology or IT & for HR department. I will be really Thankful.

Appointment Letters contain, briefly yet precisely, the Genetral Terms & Conditions of Employment- as Employment is a Contract- and hence must mention the Offered as well as Accepted Terms of Employment.
