What is meaning clearly lay-off - Workman/men been advised to leave the job due to unavailability of Work for temporary period
lock out - Business closed for temporary period due to no business,
retrenchment - Junior most workman advised to leave job permanently due to unavailability of the work,
factory closing - Permanently closing factory premises for working . I referred books but i cant understand....Please
if lay-off and lock out, employer have pay and how many percentage to pay after reopening - In case of Lay off as per Settlement or as per ID Act provisions. any option there but lay-off some company paying with different method but lack out not paying, its is correct sir?
