PL, Bonus and gratuity needs a definite mention in the appointment letter; however will not be a part of payslip unless for the months they are paid to the employee.

If your package is cost to company(CTC) then Bonus, PF and Gratuity is part of your salary Structure. But PL is not part of Salary Structure and it is mandatory under factories act under leave with wages that for 20 days working 1 day leave should be granted to the employees.
So PL is different component but Bonus ,PF and Gratuity is part of Salary if Company is offering you the package under CTC structure
