There is no mention in the Act. Leave policy varies from company to company. Please check with your company, as t will be more concern to them as they are under obligation to comply.

It will be the same as the agreed terms, maternity leave/benefits should not in any way affect the employment contract. You ought to give the notice and handover the charge which is expected out of any responsible employee to enable the employer to do his/her part of settling the full and final payment, relieving letter etc.
