Once confusion is there that if IP covers under ESIC and IF She is on maternity leaves and is eligible for same then ESIC is responsible to pay salary/wages to her.
Then how company pay the EPF of that particular time period. or else company need to pay her EPF contribution as per her average pay.

If the employee is covered under ESIC and ESIC is providing maternity benefits then employer is not liable to pay PF contribution as he is not paying the salary for those respective months as no basic payment no PF.
