Good evening all. Am an outsourced employee of government office. After departmental exam and interview I have worked 4 months and took maternity leave. My pay scale company was consultancy. Now my maternity benefits and job was denied after my maternity leave. I approached to my working company many times to consider my financial struggles and offer my job. But they never take it as serious. Shall i send legal notice to my working government office as my contract period was extended again? Please help me sir.
