One of my team member resigned, we have accepted her resignation, she is in notice period. We wanted to retain her sine she is a performer, after long discussion she is willing to continue working with us. But I need to send this on Email. Kindly help me with the Employee Retention Letter.

Dear Becki,
There is no need to send an Employee Retention Letter. Just request your employee to withdraw her resignation that was submitted previously.
Note - In case, your employee wants to quit after withdrawing her resignation, she may have to serve her full notice period again

Do you have any other objective for writing the mail ? Is there any retention bonus you are paying to her or any other terms based on which she has agreed to stay back ?
If yes, in this case you need to frame proper communication with all facts , legalities and safeguarding company's interest as well as employees' interest.
