if you chose HR as your career, didnt you have anything in your mind at that time?
if yes, than speak out those words.
and if HR happened to you by chance, then try to figure out why are you still there, it will give you an answer.
i hope the message is sent across.

Hi,
You need to figure out why you choose HR as your career option. Is it by accident or intention.
If it is intentional...... what has excited you in HR

It has a pivotal role and as HR practitioner, you can contribute immensely for the development of the organization. Dear ,
As per my understanding HR is not a technical knowledge ; It's only a person's frame of mind ; his qualities to deal with people. It's not neccessary that only a professionally qualified person (MBA) can work in HR Dept . Although qualification definatley adds value to the personnel .But it is more a internal service providing attitude of a person . A organisation can work & can grow without HR dept but with HR dept it is just like creating a syergy . 1 + 1 = 11
This can be a one concept behind why HR is imp for any organisation .
But a person cannot work in HR dept until & unless he loves his profession .
For me working in HR is a passion not a job .

Human Resource Management is an indispensible division of any Organization as it revolves around managing human affairs.
And moreover all the specializations of MBA are inter-related.
The reason behind choosing HR as a specialization cab be :
1. I have strong Interpersonal Skills which include verbal and non - verbal communication skills, listening skills, empathy etc
2. I perform well as a team. Iam a team player.
3. I have strong social awareness and am extrovert by nature.
4. I have strong inclination towards problem solving and crisis management.
5. I have transferable skills and as a result, i beleive that i can contribute positively towards the development of the Organization and not just the HR Dept. :)
