Is there any such rule or section stating that contract workers cannot work in an organization for more than 180 days at a stretch, they need to be given break after 180 days and then after 2 months you can again take them in contract?
As far as I know that there exists no rule or provision of any Law fixing the maximum period of deployment of contract labor in an establishment.
