Hi I am working in a mid size company from last 3.5 years, when I joined the company i shown 4 years fake experience. Now I would like to change the company and I am scared to put the old experience, but i had worked in a govt organisation through a firm were they don't even have the office (it run by Md and employees are deputed to different locations, he will just pay the salary based on his contract from government).
Now I would like to show previous original and current experience in my resume but don't have the pay slip as the payment made by cash always and the old firm didn't have the official we site to, could you suggest what would be the best way to next job

Dear Annonymous
At first place, never take the route of, falsifying of information and data, it may severly hamper and damage your career.
Since you are beginning with new job, correct your resume , mention the genuine information. Put the experience exactly as you have worked, where you have no evidence mention clearly the reasons why do not have it.
Sincerity and integrity would pay sooner or later.
