Please let me know Pf deduction for Contractual labour is compulsory. My Co has received 5 years contract to run government project and team size for same is 50 people. Is there in provision that we can exclude them from PF.

You are bound to deduct and contribute PF as an organization. Individuals coverage for PF deduction depends on his wages, if the contract person draws more than Rs. 15,000/- he can be exempted from PF deduction.
There is no other legitimate way to escape. If you fail to comply with PF requirements, your principal employer (the organization which has engaged you) would require to comply with PF and they may recover the amount from you.
