I am Purnima , preparing for Airport authority of India as an HR executive, can anyone tell me the descriptive section for the same, how to answer situational questions related to HR policies and work, thanks in advance and if possible share your contact details so I can mail you..
Pl.prepare on statutory obligations of HR concerning airport operations. Refer AAI manuals available on their website.
IR-Recruitment procedures, leave rules, Conduct & Discipline Rules and Standing Orders
EPF, EPS, Gratuity & Bonus
Pay roll processing
Recent trends in HR admin.
If possible on land mark judgments on HR related issues and recent amendments to Labour Laws.

Is that HR policy is different for all the department.
Is that HR policy is different for all department in a software company. can anyone please let me know about this

So far as statutory compliance is concerned not much could change. But there could be some differences in some areas, as you know every entity will have their own corporate aims/manuals to be followed. And in fact there is None like common for everybody. For eg. Procedure for recruitment - Some use online blogs to obtain applications, some go for campus selection, some depend on media advt., some use manpower agencies etc. Nevertheless you can expect common rules w.r.t. EPF, Gratuity, bonus, minimum wages etc. but not in other areas-especially timings, emoluments, pay roll processing, pension, perks, service conditions, duties & responsibilities, conduct & discipline rules etc. This you can know only from their policies found in their manuals.
