Please help me to create a draft for terminate the accounts person. actually we did employee bond for 2 years otherwise he need to pay notice period amount. but last 1 week he dint come to office and no message and no information for long leave. from November 1st onwards he dint come to office. now i need to put mail . please do the needful.

Did you try contacting him over phone? First send your person to his last known address to ascertain what happened to him. Based on feed back you may plan the next course of action.
yes we tried once, he dint attend the call. but october month end he put resignation mail and he told i will work in notice period. we are laso accepted the resignation
