Hi every one,
I don't have a relieving letter from a MNC BPO( but I've relived properly by serving the notice period as well) . I've worked there for 4 months. Initially they mentioned that the reliving letter would be sent through the post and it has not come since 6 months. I've registered with NSR while working in this BPO.
So, My concern is that now I've been offered a IT job in a Software MNC and I've skipped this BPO experience as I don't have the relieving letter. My current employer is also asking for NSR card. So, will they gonna figure out my previous employment details through NSR and If they figure out those details what are the consequences as I don't have the relieving letter.
For your information, I've received an email from my BPO employer saying that "This(date) is the last date for you in this organization and your resignation has been accepted. You'll receive the relieving letter once F&F settlement is done by our EPF team". I've got this email after my last working day in the organization. But no relieving letter till now and I didn't hear from them inspite of sending multiple emails to them.
My dream is get a IT job in a MNC which I've succeeded in getting it now after a year. Please help me with your suggestions so that I can sort out the issue.

Have you received your F &F from previous company? Please contact them in writing and visit physically and ask them for release letter. Presently your email should be proof of clear release.

Thank you for your suggestion.
I've written multiple emails to the company but none of them responded to my email. I've got the full and final settlement( money got credited in my bank for the final working month in that company) but no email from the employer with respect to the F&F as well.
I've approached physically but security doesn't allowed me inside after showing my emails and offer letter.
Now I'm running out of time. In case, I don't get the relieving letter, please let me know Will my new employer gonna get my details(previous company exp) through my NSR number. Will my new employer questions me and asks for a relieving letter If they get my details through NSR.
I'm sure that previous employer wouldn't have marked any bad remarks as I've relieved properly.
I request you to please let me know your valuable responses.
