Now whether Earned Leave and Half Pay Leave shall also have to be credited on 1st of every January and July since 2011?

Dear Yusuf,
Reinstatement with back wages and continuity of service implies that the orders of termination of the employee's service is non est. Therefore, all attendant benefits including E.L etc., become eligible for the entire period of non employment.
