1. A.Draft the Standing Orders for your Industrial Esta under Industrial Employement (Standing Orders) Act 1946 with the Help of Model Standing Orders. Donot Forget to Incorporate under Acts of Misconduct, Sexual Harassment reference Section-19 of SHWW Act 2013;
1 B. Constitute Internal Committee under Section-4 +Comply with Provisions of SHWW Act 2013;
2. Comply with Provisions of Factories Act 48 with Amendments;
3. Comply with Provisions of Industrial Disputes Act 47 & Amendments and Create Grievance Redressal Committee;
4. Comply with Provisions of PF & M P Act 52 & Amendents;
5. Comply with Provisions of Maternity Benfit Act 61 with Recent Amnedments;
6. Comply with Provisions of Gratuity Act;
7. Comply with Provisions of Employee Compensation Act 23 & Amendments;
8. Comply with Provisions of Environment Protection Act 85;
9. Employment Exchange (C N O V ) Act; and
10. Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act
After the Foundation Work is completed, simultaneously Go Ahead with Compliance with other Applicable Acts & Rules.
