What are the documents / registers we need to maintain at work site as per Labour Act. Can anyone suggest?

You may begin with Implementing the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (P,P&R) Act 2013 and the Rules gazteed on 9.12.2013 as it applies to Every Employer and Every Workplace in India.
Action-Taken Complaince Report has to be Filed by the following:
1. Companies Board of Directors;
2. Internal Committee Presiding Officers for each Calendar year beginning 2013 before D O;
