Do i need to register it as a company to give salary and PF to my employees.

Your question needs elaboration. Any business organization will be a legal entity depending upon its constitution subject to the definition of any Law applicable to it. It can be a Sole Proprietary Concern or a Partnership Concern or a Company registered under the Companies Act.The Companies Act,2013 broadly classifies companies into Public Limited, Private Limited and One Person Company ( similar to a private limited Company having some specific restrictions). Once registered under the Companies Act, there is no distinction between the owner and the business. Therefore, the constitution of an entity has no relevance in the application of Labor Laws.
