Could anyone help me for TA DA Policy for National sales manager/Sr. Sales Manager/ GM/ HOD's
our company is basically into food industry that too bakery items.

TA/Da limits differs from company to company. i suggest you do a benchmarking exercise and analyse what other companies (of same business nature & turnover) are paying; and then decide upon a limit for TA/Da. For sure, you shouldn't be paying lesser than other businesses of same nature; and it has to fair enough for the sales people to substantiate their travelling and meal cost.
