I have a doubt. Please give your guidance. Currently My sister is working in a share market job in locate place. Her manager has told to her to give one month of notification.

That Company did not give
Confirmation Letter,
Appointment Order,
Payslip and
No Agreement Order etc.
My question is Can they make an employee not work any where.
Is it possible to make an employee stop working in other companies by employers????

Many employers adopt these unethical methods. Exploiting the helplessness of job seekers. This trend also witnessed in IT/ITES where mostly Engineers & highly educated persons only are employed. Unless someone exposes the wrong doings of these employers solutions are only illusion.
Preventing a person getting employed elsewhere may be possible in instances when ref./back ground checks are invoked by prospective employers by passing on unpleasant/unsatisfactory reporting. There are also bonds and other terms & conditions of employment which prohibits exiting employees from seeking employment with competitors or co.in the same field. Generally such restrictions will not stand to test of law in courts. For those not facing such pre-conditions things may be comfortable.
