i am working at client side 24/7 rotational shift, Can i take diwali public holiday between notice period? if yes then plz tell me gov act.

Every employee is entitled to weekly off and public holiday declared by the office. And there is no bar during the notice period if such holidays are declared by your office/ controlling authority. Employees are not expected to work 24x365. There is no separate rule/GO to govern holidays in NP. But some establishments bar leave availment during NP which is possible.
