I'm Fresher in HR and i joined company before 5 month ago, Basically my problem is that some employees whose are break rules which is policy wised, So as per my work if any one break rules more then 3 times the that time i have to drop mail as professional and give warning , i do the same with 2 employee and they both are from marketing department, The both are take it personally and the threat me also some time do miss behavior with me,
So what can i do for that situation. previous HR gave them fully priority she didn't take any action when marketing people do wrong because her husband already worked in marketing, So she do partiality now i am HR and our company strength is 50+, No anyone can do with me but marketing person only do with me.
As i am Fresher HR that's why they do with me as i feel So please help me what can i Do?

Who has asked you to send email to after 03 wrong behavior? In case of any threat or mal-treatment please report to such Authority to take action against such errant employee if he/she fails to protect you then leave idea writing mail to Errant Employees.

email process is compulsory which i have to follow it. when i say to sir for take action he is always said me why are you afraid?Do the work that type people fear from you.
