I am working in a Newly Started Concern. So i want to develop the HR Department Like Process and All.
Here am doing only Ot Attendance Salary EPF and ESIC . How to develop the other area of HR Activities Like Recruitment Process, Screening, Job role, SOP etc.
Kindly give some Formats and Ideas for that.
