Aniket PathakEmployees who joined after april 2016 and got enrolled with PF the very first time having salary less that 15000/- are eligible for PF’s PMRPY Scheme.

may I please know PMRPY eligibility of the employee their salary(Gross salary) should be below 15000/- or Basic salary + DA should be of the employee should be below 15k. Whether we have to consider their basic +DA or else total Gross monthly salary.
please help the needful.

maxdigi-hrHi Aniket Pathak, I understand the point you mentioned. I wanted to know what if this certain employee gets increment?
Example: Someone joined us as a fresher with salary of 8,000. If after few months we give this employee increment to 12,000/- would he still be covered under PMRPY?
Glidorunless the gross pay exceeds 15000/- pm, PMRPY benefit will continue
Girish d kif Gross/EPF wages greater than 15,000/- then the employee will be out of the benefits
