I work for MNC in bangalore(INDIA),I went on maternity leave (first pregnancy)this year Feb 2018 and just joined back office in october 2018.I got pregnant again 3 months post first delivery.I am due with my second pregnancy in march 2019.I am planing to take leaves from January 2019, Can I take maternity leave within 3 months of joining office back from first maternity leave or will my company create any problem. please suggest.

As per ACT you can certainly take maternity leave but I doubt again your maternity leave within short span of resuming duties may discontent your current employer due to leaves this is my Personal Opinion.
